| I was in town for a visit and my tire was abruptly punctured. Fortunately I was near this location and stopped in for confirmation. The staff was polite, mannerly and communicated well with me re: the time for repair. In addition, I noted when I arrived to pick up my car a staff member was sitting down reviewing information with another customer and doing so with respect and kindness! Thank you!! |

| Expectations exceeded. I called a few big box stores looking for a set of tires and was repeatedly let down. Driving home from work one afternoon I passed Burnett?s so I decided to give them a call. I was a mechanic at a competing shop while I went to college at Kansas State so I was familiar with their Manhattan locations. I assumed they would be expensive and hard to deal with but I couldn?t have been more incorrect. Not only did they get me in within 24 hrs, they were less expensive than anywhere else I shopped. I was waiting for the ?upsell? or the ?we found this while we were putting your tires on, you need to replace xyz? but it never came. I forget the guys name who helped me but not only was he knowledgeable he was also extremely personable and professional. The service was outstanding and I?ll be taking all my vehicles back for any maintenance I can?t do on my own. Thanks Burnett, not only have you earned a customer, I?ll be referring everyone I know your way! |
