| Burnett was recommended to me when I was new in Overland Park and needed a reputable shop. I've not regretted that even once. They earned my business on that visit, and on each one after that. I've been doing regular business with them, maintenance and repair, for almost seven years now and don't hesitate to recommend them to my friends. Their prices are realistic and fair, not cheap. So don't go looking to undercut anyone by going there. However, they've always played things straight with me and they stand behind their work. I think that says it all. Go see them. Robert, Charles, and Zach will take good care of your vehicle. |

| We had a service engine light. Thought it was a catalytic converter. Burnett diagnosed and determined it was an oil pressure switch. Ended up being a much less expensive repair and have had no issues since. |

| When I needed a new battery my first instinct took me to Walmart. Apparently it was that time of the season where everyone needed new batteries and they had a 3 hr wait. I called up Barnett about 45 min before they closed and they assured me that if I could make it out there, then they could have it done before they closed. Sure enough everything went smoothly. I was greeted by friendly employees who went beyond the call of just getting their job done. They knew I was new to the area and recommended radio stations for my unique preferences. It seems that Burnett Automotive hasn?t forgotten what true customer service really is. |
